In regulation 6(7)(c) of the Misuse of Drugs (Northern Ireland) Regulations 1986f1 (general authority to supply and posses) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a postal operator (within the meaning given by section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
