Paragraph 73 Housing (Scotland) Act 1987I1

In section 338(1) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987f1 (interpretation) in the definition of “public undertakers” at the end there are added the words “(including a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act))”.
