Paragraph 99 Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993I1

In Article 2(2) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993^f1, in the definition of “statutory undertaker”, for sub-paragraph (a) is substituted—

“(a)

a universal service producer (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
