Paragraph 20 Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986

In the table in regulation 3(2) of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 M1 (interpretation) in the meaning specified in column 2 for the expression “public works vehicle” specified in column 1—

(a)

for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b)

for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
