Paragraph 36 Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997
In regulation 4(2)(g) of the Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997 M1 (disapplication of the regulations)—
(a)
for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b)
for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
