The Information Tribunal (National Security Appeals) (Telecommunications) Rules 2000 M1 are amended as follows.

In rule 5(4) (time limit for appealing) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
(3)
In rule 13(2) (withdrawal of appeal) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
