Paragraph 55 Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003

F1In paragraph 7(1)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003 M1 (Exclusion of Section 4(2)(a) and (b) of the Act) for “the Post Office Corporation” substitute “a universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011”.
