Paragraph 65 Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006
In section 67(3) (service of documents) and section 87(6) (date, time and place of assessment) of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 M1, for “section 125(1) of the Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26)” substitute “ section 27 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5) ” in each case.
