Paragraph 78 Absent Voting at Scottish Local Government Elections (Provision of Personal Identifiers) Regulations 2009

In regulation 11 of the Absent Voting at Scottish Local Government Elections (Provision of Personal Identifiers) Regulations 2009 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “section 4(3) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
