Paragraph 13 Application of licence conditionsI1

(1)

Reference to licensed activities in paragraphs 15 and 18 to 42 shall not include the undertaking of the borehole survey referred to at paragraph 8(b), unless the MMO (following a review of the method statement submitted in respect of such survey pursuant to paragraph 17) notifies the licence holder otherwise.

(2)

Paragraphs 15 to 42 shall not apply to—

(a)

Work Nos. 1A and 1B of Schedule 1 (authorised development) of the Order; or

(b)

any part of Work No. 15 of Schedule 1 (authorised development) other than the incorporation of filters into the existing water intake structure comprised in that Work No.
