Paragraph 29 Licence conditions during construction of the licensed worksI1

The licence holder shall in the course of construction of the licensed works fit diffusers to the discharge end of the pipeline, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO.

The details of such diffusers shall be included in the method statement to be submitted for approval under paragraph 17.
