Paragraph 38 Licence conditions during construction of the licensed worksI1

The licence holder shall ensure that any rock misplaced or lost below the level of mean high water springs in the course of construction of the licensed works is reported to the MMO within 48 hours and located and recovered within six weeks, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the MMO.
