OFCOM shall comply with any reasonable request made by the F1Commission F2... for advice on technical and similar matters relating to electronic communications F3where the request is made in connection with—
the F4Commission’s enforcement functions, or
the F5Commission’s functions under regulation 32A or 32B (codes of conduct).
