Article 2

Section 5 of the 2001 Act (offence of using unlicensed security operative) shall come into force on 1st December 2004 in the police areas^f1 of–

North Wales;

South Wales;

Staffordshire;

Warwickshire;

(r)

West Mercia;

(s)

West Midlands; and

(t)

Wiltshire.
