Section 32 Transitional provisions, consequential amendments and repeals.

(1)
Schedule 2 to this Act (transitional provisions) has effect.
(2)
The enactments specified in Schedule 3 to this Act (consequential amendments) have effect subject to the amendments set out in that Schedule.
(3)
The enactments specified in Schedule 4 to this Act are repealed to the extent specified.
