Paragraph 7 Interpretation of ScheduleI1I2C1

In this Part of this Schedule—

• “specified activity” means an activity specified in paragraph 1(1), 2(1), 3(1) or 4;

• “supply” includes—

  1. (a)

     production, but not the production of gas in the form of extraction (as to which, see paragraph 6), and

  2. (b)

     generation and wholesale or retail sale.
