(1)
This section applies if, after publishing a tender or transparency notice in respect of a public contract, a contracting authority decides not to award the contract.
(2)
As soon as reasonably practicable after making the decision, the contracting authority must give notice to that effect.
(3)
This section does not apply to private utilities.
