(1)

The title of these Regulations is the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024.

(2)

These Regulations, except for Part 1 and regulation 47(1) and (2), come into force at the same time at which section 11 of the Procurement Act 2023 comes into force for any purpose ^f1.

(3)

Part 1 and regulation 47(1) and (2) come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
