(1)

Before the end of the period mentioned in subsection (2), the Secretary of State must—

(a)

review the operation of this Act,

(b)

prepare a report of the review, and

(c)

lay a copy of the report before Parliament.

(2)

The period referred to in subsection (1) is the period of 30 months beginning with the day on which sections 4 to 8 come into force.
