Regulation 2 Interpretation
In these Regulations—
(a)
the “Public Works Regulations" shall mean the Public Works Contracts Regulations 1991 M1,
(b)
the “Public Services Regulations" shall mean the Public Services Contracts Regulations 1993 M2, and
(c)
the “Public Supply Regulations" shall mean the Public Supply Contracts Regulations 1995 M3.
