Section 33 Application of 27 & 28 Vict. c. 114 to works for supply of sewage.
Works for the supply of sewage to land for agricultural purposes shall be deemed to be an improvement of land authorised by the M1Improvement of Land Act 1864 and the provisions of that Act shall apply accordingly.
