Regulation 10 Amendment of Schedule 1

In Schedule 1, after paragraph 3 insert—

“4.

The proprietor of a relevant academy, where—

• “proprietor” has the meaning given by section 579(1) of the Education Act 1996^f1;

• “relevant academy” means any of—

  1. (a)

     an Academy school within the meaning of section 1A of the Academies Act 2010^f2;

  2. (b)

     a 16 to 19 Academy within the meaning of section 1B of that Act^f3; and

  3. (c)

     an alternative provision Academy within the meaning of section 1C of that Act^f4.”.
