In the Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) (Scotland) Order 2001^f1, in—

(a)

article 2B(2)^f2 (bodies and other persons required to prepare and publish a race equality scheme), omit sub-paragraphs (1) and (o); and

(b)

Schedule 3 (excepted bodies or persons), omit the entries relating to—

(i)

the Advisory Committee on Sites of Special Scientific Interest;

(ii)

the Building Standards Advisory Committee;

(iii)

the Historic Environment Advisory Council for Scotland;

(iv)

the Scottish Industrial Development Advisory Board; and

(v)

the Scottish Records Advisory Council.
