Section 99 Arrangements entered into by local authority or health body: services to be registeredI1I2
Where, in the performance of its functions—
(a)
a local authority, or
(b)
a health body,
makes arrangements with any person to provide a care service, it must ensure that the service, when provided, is registered under Chapter 3.
