Paragraph 18 I1

(1)

Qualifications Wales may, in connection with the exercise of its functions, establish a committee jointly with any person.

(2)

In this Schedule a committee established under this paragraph is referred to as a “joint committee”.

(3)

A joint committee may establish sub-committees (“joint sub-committee”).

(4)

Qualifications Wales may pay remuneration and allowances to any person who—

(a)

is a member of a joint committee or a joint sub-committee, but

(b)

is not a member of Qualifications Wales or a member of its staff.
