Paragraph 2 I1

Qualifications Wales is to consist of the following members—

(a)

a person appointed under paragraph 10 as the chief executive of Qualifications Wales (“the chief executive”);

(b)

a person appointed by the Welsh Ministers to chair Qualifications Wales (“the chair”);

(c)

at least eight and no more than ten other persons appointed by the Welsh Ministers under this paragraph (“ordinary members”).
