Paragraph 5 I1

(1)

Qualifications Wales may revise or revoke a special condition.

(2)

If Qualifications Wales revises or revokes a special condition, it must—

(a)

notify the body concerned of the revision or revocation, and

(b)

specify when the revision or revocation is to come into effect.

(3)

The date specified under sub-paragraph (2)(b) must not precede the date of notification under sub-paragraph (2)(a).

(4)

This paragraph is subject to paragraph 11 (revision of a fee capping condition).
