This Schedule applies where an access agreement provides, or is treated as providing, for F2the Office of Rail and Road to undertake reviews of the terms of that agreement as to—
the amounts payable under the agreement by one of the parties to the other; and
the times at which, and the manner in which, those amounts are payable.
