Paragraph 1

This Schedule applies in relation to any railway passenger services, or railway passenger services of a class or description, or any part of any such service, for the time being designated in an order under section 49(3) of this Act as railway passenger services in relation to which this Schedule is to have effect.

In this Schedule “qualifying services” means any services, or part of a service, falling within sub-paragraph (1) above.
