(1)

For the purposes of this Schedule, the appropriate F1Rail Passengers’ Committee, in relation to a proposed closure, is the Rail Passengers’ Committee for the area F2affected.

F3(1A)

In this Schedule “the area affected” means the area in which the station or line, or any part of the line, affected by the proposed closure is situated.

(2)

For the purposes of this Schedule, “railway” has its wider meaning.
