Article 11 Deemed marine licences under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009I1

The deemed array marine licence and the deemed export cables marine licence are deemed to be granted to the undertaker under Part 4 of Chapter 1 of the 2009 Act, subject to the conditions set out in Part 2 of Schedule 13 (deemed licence under Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 – array) and Part 2 of Schedule 14 (deemed licence under Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 – export cables) respectively.
