Regulation 5 Exhibition at trade fairsI1

Nothing in these Regulations prevents the showing of a watercraft which does not comply with Part 2 of these Regulations at a trade fair, exhibition or demonstration, provided that a visible sign clearly indicates —
(a)
that the product is not in conformity with Part 2 of these Regulations; and
(b)
that the product will not be made available on the market or be put into service until it has been brought into conformity.
