In section 23 of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951—
(a)
in the definition of “agricultural land”, for “section 1(2) of the Rent Act 1968” substitute “ section 26 of the Rent Act 1977 ”;
(b)
in the definitions of “landlord”, and “statutory tenancy”, and in subsection (3) for “the Rent Act 1968” substitute, in each case, “ the Rent Act 1977 ”.
