In section 22 of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951—
(a)
in subsection (1), for “Part II, Part III or Part IV of the Rent Act 1968” and “Part VI” substitute, respectively, “ Part III, IV or VII of the Rent Act 1977 ” and “ Part V ”; and
(b)
in subsection (3A), for “the Rent Act 1968” substitute “ the Rent Act 1977 ”.
