Section 80 Regulations.

Scotland

(1)

The Secretary of State may by statutory instrument make regulations—

(b)

(c)

prescribing anything which is required by this Part of this Act to be prescribed;

(d)

prescribing the form of, and the information to be contained in, any rent book or other similar document required by section 79(1) above to be provided; and

(e)

generally for carrying into effect the provisions of this Part of this Act.

(2)

Any statutory instrument making regulations under subsection (1)(d) above shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
