Section 119 Winding-up of associations.
(1)
The Defence Council may make an order providing for the winding-up of an association.
(2)
An order under subsection (1)—
(a)
may make supplemental, incidental and transitional provision (including provision as respects the transfer of property, rights and liabilities and financial adjustments); and
(b)
shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
