Article 33 Statutory undertakersI1

(1)
Subject to the provisions of Schedule 10 (protective provisions), the undertaker may—
(a)
acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order limits as shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference;
(b)
extinguish the rights of, remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers where such apparatus is anywhere within the Order limits; and
(c)
acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order limits described in the book of reference and shown on the land plans.
