a fully integrated distributed control system;

workshop(s) and associated stores;

(i)

spare parts storage facilities;

(j)

security gatehouses and barriers;

(k)

weighbridges;

(l)

a heavy goods vehicle holding area;

(m)

an external fuel container storage area;

(n)

emergency stand-by generator(s);

(o)

infrastructure for the transmission and/or storage of compressed natural gas;

(p)

an outage contractor compound; and
