Section 40B of the Child Support Act 1991 (disqualification from driving: further provision) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4), omit the words from “and” to the end.

In subsection (9)—

(a)

omit “and its counterpart”, and

(b)

for “their” substitute “ its ”.
