Section 109 Application to Scotland.
England, Wales and Scotland
This Part of this Act shall apply to Scotland subject to the following modifications:—
(a)
The expression “local authority” shall mean F1a council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994;
(b)
Section one hundred and seven of this Act shall not apply.
