Paragraph 13

In section 1(9) of the International Road Haulage Permits Act 1975—

(a)

after “section 56(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is inserted “ or section 68(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”, and

(b)

for “in the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ in the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
