(1)
In section 6(1)(c) and (2) of the Policyholders Protection Act 1975, for “Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is substituted “ Part VI of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
(2)
In section 7(a) of that Act, after “section 149 of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is inserted “ or section 151 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
(3)
In section 9(3) of that Act, after “section 149 of the Road Traffic Act 1972” there is inserted “ section 151 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 ”.
