Section 87 Guidance on application of Part III.
England, Wales and Scotland
The Secretary of State must issue guidance to chief officers of police for police areas F1and to the chief constable of the British Transport Policein respect of the operation of this Part of this Act with the objective so far as possible of working towards uniformity.
