Paragraph 7 Proceedings relating to transport manager: procedural provisionsI1

Paragraphs 7A to 7C of Schedule 3 to the 1981 Act as inserted by paragraph 11(6) of Schedule 1, apply to proceedings under the 1981 Act that have been commenced, but not completed, before the commencement date.
