Regulation 8 Designation of the Tunnel ManagerI1

(1)
The administrative authority shall, in relation to every road tunnel for which it is the administrative authority, designate a person to be the Tunnel Manager for (as appropriate) the design stage, the construction stage, and the operating stage.
(2)
The administrative authority may undertake the role of the Tunnel Manager.
