Regulation 4 Consequential repeals of other legislation
Omit the following provisions—
(a)
in the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988 M1, in Schedule 3, paragraph 22;
(b)
in the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, in Schedule 3, paragraph 24(3)(b) and (4)(b);
(c)
in the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 M2, in Schedule 1, paragraph 69.
