the registration mark of the eligible vehicle;

the date on which the certificate expires;

the make and model of the vehicle;

the vehicle identification number;

particulars of F1any prescribed adaptation that has been made to the vehicle;

the emission standard with which the vehicle complies;

F3if appropriate, the vehicle testing station or other place at which the reduced pollution examination was conducted.
