Paragraph 7 The prescribed fee

Subject to F1sub-paragraph (3), the prescribed fee for an examination, whether under paragraph 1 or under paragraph 4, shall be F2£41 .

If, at the request of F4the person submitting the vehicle for examination, the examination is conducted out of hours the fee shall be increased by F5£9 .
