Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2400 is amended as follows.

In Article 12 (components, separate technical units and systems relevant for the purposes of determining CO2 emissions and fuel consumption), in paragraph 8, omit “, provided that the components, separate technical units or systems concerned were certified before 31st December 2026”.
