Section 6 Annual report of Safeguarding BoardI1

The Safeguarding Board must, within such period after the end of each financial year as the Department may direct, prepare and send to the Department a report in such form, and containing such information, as may be prescribed.

The Department must lay a copy of the report before the Assembly.
